Related to Shortfall Credit

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account on such Payment Date (prior to giving effect to any withdrawals therefrom relating to such Payment Date) over (ii) the Specified Reserve Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Shortfall Amount as defined in Section 2.6.

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

Any amounts distributed to the Class A Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount shall not be applied to reduce the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class.

  • Class Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date and Class, the amount by which the amount described in clause (i) of the definition of Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount for such Class exceeds the amount of interest actually distributed on such Class on such Distribution Date pursuant to such clause (i).

  • Basis Risk Shortfall Carry Forward Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates and Class M Certificates, an amount equal to the sum of (A) the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of Current Interest that such Class would have been entitled to receive on such Distribution Date had the Pass-Though Rate applicable to such Class been calculated at a per annum rate equal to One-Month LIBOR plus the related Certificate Margin, over (b) the amount of Current Interest that such Class received on such Distribution Date if the Pass-Through Rate is limited to the related Net Rate Cap and (B) the amount in clause (A) for all previous Distribution Dates not previously paid, together with interest thereon at a rate equal to the related Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.   • Aggregate Loan Group Balance As to any Loan Group and as of any date of determination, will be equal to the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group, except as otherwise provided, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • Shortfall Payment has the meaning specified in Section 3.7.

  • Prepayment Interest Shortfall Amount With respect to any Mortgage Loan that was subject to a Principal Prepayment in full or in part during any Due Period, which Principal Prepayment was applied to such Mortgage Loan prior to such Mortgage Loan’s Due Date in such Due Period, the amount of interest (net of the General Servicing Fee) that would have accrued on the amount of such Principal Prepayment during the period commencing on the date as of which such Principal Prepayment was applied to such Mortgage Loan and ending on the day immediately preceding such Due Date, inclusive.

  • Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the aggregate of all Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred in connection with the receipt of Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, exceeds (b) the aggregate amount deposited by the Master Servicer in the Certificate Account for such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.19 in connection with such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls.
