Servicing Side Letter definition

Servicing Side Letter means that certain servicing side letter agreement, dated as of July 29, 2014, among Seller, Guarantor, Servicer and Purchaser, entered into in connection with this Agreement and the Servicing Agreement, in form and substance acceptable to Purchaser.
Servicing Side Letter means that certain Servicing Side Letter, dated as of January 5, 2006, among Sellers, Servicer and Buyer, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Servicing Side Letter

Servicing Side Letter means any servicing side letter agreement dated on or after the date hereof by and among Buyer, Seller and Primary Servicer as each may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Servicing Side Letter means a letter agreement, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto, among the Seller, the Buyer and the related Servicer.
Servicing Side Letter means the servicing side letter dated as of December 13, 2005 among the Buyers, the Seller, the Guarantor and the Servicer, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Back-Up Servicing Agreement means that certain Back-Up Servicing Agreement to be entered into by and among the Company, the Administrative Agent and the Back-Up Servicer, as such agreement may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
