Series B Liquidation Value definition

Series B Liquidation Value means the sum of the Series B Liquidation Preference and declared and unpaid distributions, if any, to, but excluding, the date of the Dissolution Event on the Series B Preferred Units.
Series B Liquidation Value means the sum of the Series B Liquidation Preference and declared and unpaid dividends, if any, to, but excluding, the date of the Dissolution Event on the Series B Preferred Stock.
