Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit definition

Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit means, for any tranche of notes, the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount minus the nominal liquidation amount of that tranche.
Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit means, (a) with respect to any tranche of Notes (other than any RSP Notes), the excess of the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of that tranche over the Nominal Liquidation Amount of that tranche, and (b) with respect to any tranche of RSP Notes, zero.
Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit has, with respect to any Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, the meaning specified in the applicable Indenture Supplement for such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes.

  • For each Tranche of Class B Notes, the Class B Usage of Class C Notes shall increase, and the Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes shall decrease (each determined after giving effect to step (22) of this Subordination Waterfall)), by an amount equal to the Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit for such Tranche reallocated from such Tranche to each Tranche of Class C Notes pursuant to step (47) of the Cash Flows.
