Orderly Liquidation Value definition

Orderly Liquidation Value means the net amount (after all costs of sale), expressed in terms of money, which Agent, in its good faith discretion, estimates can be realized from a sale, as of a specific date, given a reasonable period to find a purchaser(s), with the seller being compelled to sell on an as-is/where-is basis.
Orderly Liquidation Value means an amount equal to the most recently determined Orderly Liquidation Value Factor multiplied by the book value of all Eligible Inventory of the Borrowers.
Orderly Liquidation Value means, with respect to any Eligible Inventory at any time, the net amount that will be obtained upon an orderly liquidation sale of such Eligible Inventory, as determined in accordance with the then most recent appraisal which was acceptable to the Agent.

More Definitions of Orderly Liquidation Value

Orderly Liquidation Value means, with respect to any Vessel, the net proceeds anticipated at a sale other than a forced sale upon foreclosure, as determined by Lenders or by independent appraisers appointed by Lenders at the expense of Borrower.
Orderly Liquidation Value means (i) with respect to Eligible Equipment Inventory, the orderly liquidation value thereof as determined by the most recent Equipment Inventory Appraisal and (ii) with respect to Eligible Rolling Stock, the orderly liquidation value thereof as determined by the most recent P&E Appraisal.

Orderly Liquidation Value means the value of the trademarks and related rights owned by CBI, as set forth in the Appraisal.
Orderly Liquidation Value means the estimated gross amount, expressed in terms of money, that could typically be realized from a failed facility, assuming that the entire facility would be sold intact with a limited time to complete the sale (6 months) as of a specified date, e.g., the effective appraisal date.
