Dissolution Event definition
Dissolution Event means (i) a voluntary termination of operations, (ii) a general assignment for the benefit of the Company’s creditors or (iii) any other liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company (excluding a Liquidity Event), whether voluntary or involuntary.
Dissolution Event has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Examples of Dissolution Event in a sentence
Upon a Dissolution Event, the Class A Preferred Shares and Common Shares will receive Distributions in the same manner as set forth in the paragraph above entitled “Distributions”.
The Dissolution Event shall be effective on the day on which such event occurs and immediately thereafter the Company shall commence the Winding Up Period during which its affairs shall be wound up in accordance with Section 6.2and Section 6.3.
More Definitions of Dissolution Event
Dissolution Event means that as a result of the occurrence and continuation of a Special Event, the Trust is to be dissolved in accordance with the Trust Agreement and the Debentures held by the Property Trustee are to be distributed to the holders of the Trust Securities issued by the Trust pro rata in accordance with the Trust Agreement.
Dissolution Event means the liquidation of the Trust pursuant to the Declaration, and the distribution of the Securities held by the Property Trustee to the holders of the Trust Securities issued by the Trust pro rata in accordance with the Declaration.
