Series 2024 Bonds definition

Series 2024 Bonds means the Authority’s Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2024. “Series 2021 Project” means the construction of school facilities, improvements and equipment and related improvements.

Series 2024 Bonds means the Issuer’s Wastewater Revenue Bonds, Series 2024 issued pursuant to this Final Bond Resolution in the aggregate principal amount of $4,716,000, bearing interest at the rate of 2.00% per annum, as authorized herein to finance the Project.

Series 2024 Bonds means the Community Facilities District No. 04-2 (Lake Hills Crest) of the County of Riverside Special Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2024, issued hereunder.

Examples of Series 2024 Bonds in a sentence

• The Series 2024 Bonds shall initially be issued as Book-Entry Bonds.

• The Trustee shall authenticate the Series 2024 Bonds and deliver the Series 2024 Bonds to the Original Purchaser upon receipt of a Written Request of the Community Facilities District and upon receipt of the purchase price therefor.

• The Community Facilities District may, at any time, execute the Series 2024 Bonds and deliver the same to the Trustee.

• Only such of the Bonds as shall bear thereon a certificate of authentication substantially in the form as that set forth in Exhibit B hereto for the Series 2024 Bonds, manually executed by the Trustee, shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to the benefits of this Indenture, and such certificate of the Trustee shall be conclusive evidence that the Bonds so authenticated have been duly executed, authenticated and delivered hereunder and are entitled to the benefits of this Indenture.

• This covenant shall survive payment in full or defeasance of the Series 2024 Bonds.

Series 2024 Bonds means the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority Senior Lien Vehicle Registration Fee Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2024.

Series 2024 Bonds means the Bonds of the County of the Series authorized by this Fifth Supplemental Indenture in the aggregate principal amount of $123,740,000 and herein designated Fort Bend County, Texas Senior Lien Toll Road Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2024.
