Senior Trust Estate definition

Senior Trust Estate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

For the avoidance of doubt, all reimbursement obligations in respect of letters of credit issued pursuant to a Priority Lien Document shall be part of the same Series of Priority Lien Debt as all other Priority Lien Debt incurred pursuant to such Priority Lien Document. 14
