Junior Lien Document definition

Junior Lien Document means, collectively, the credit agreement, indenture or other agreement governing each Series of Junior Lien Debt and the security documents related thereto (other than any security documents that do not secure Junior Lien Obligations).
Junior Lien Document has the meaning set forth in the Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement.
Junior Lien Document means the Junior Lien Security Agreement and all other “Transaction Documents” (as defined in the Securities Purchase Agreement by and among the Junior Lien Creditor and the other purchasers identified therein and DPW Holdings, Inc., dated as of May 15, 2018) and all other documents, instruments, notices, certificates and agreements executed or delivered in connection with or contemplated by these agreements, including any amendments thereto, or any of the Junior Lien Obligations.   • All notices to any Second Lien Trustee permitted or required under this Agreement may be sent to such Second Lien Trustee as provided in the applicable indenture or other Junior Lien Document.

  • The Borrower shall provide a copy of any such amendment or new Junior Lien Document substantially concurrently with the closing thereof.

  • The Junior Lien Agent agrees to endorse a memorandum of this Agreement on each Junior Lien Document entered into, or to be entered into, in its favor, and acknowledges the right of the Senior Lien Agent to the production and delivery of a copy of any such Junior Lien Document as soon as reasonably practicable after the Senior Lien Agent requests the same.
