Senior Subordinated Debentures definition

Senior Subordinated Debentures means the ___% Senior Subordinated Debentures due 200__(3) in the aggregate original principal amount of at least $475,000,000 issued by Allied U.S. pursuant to the Indenture.
Senior Subordinated Debentures means the two Debentures, each dated May 25, 1994 and each in the original principal amount of Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000), issued to, respectively, Banc One Capital Partners Corporation and PNC Capital Corp.
