Second Appellate Authority definition

Second Appellate Authority means an Officer appointed by the State Government, who is at least one rank higher than the Appellate Authority as defined in Section 45 of this Act;
Second Appellate Authority means an officer who is notified as such under section 3;
Second Appellate Authority means the CMD, RITES.
