Seabrook means the nuclear-fueled, steam-electric generating plant at a site located in Seabrook, New Hampshire, and all real property interests, fixtures, and other assets related thereto.
Seabrook has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Seabrook means Seabrook Terminal, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Graywater means untreated wastewater that has not been contaminated by any toilet discharge, has not been affected by infectious, contaminated, or unhealthy bodily wastes, and does not present a threat from contamination by unhealthful processing, manufacturing, or operating wastes.
