SBWMA Service Area definition

SBWMA Service Area means the geographic area within and, where applicable, outside the Member Agencies’ combined jurisdictional boundaries wherein the Member Agencies exercise franchising authority for the collection of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials, as those boundaries are currently drawn or as they may be changed through annexations or the addition of new Member Agencies. Self-Haul / Self-Haul Customer(s) “Self-Haul / Self-Haul Customer(s)” means materials, and Customer(s) that haul these materials to the Shoreway Center, other than the Collection Contractor(s). Examples of SBWMA Service Area in a sentence

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.
