SB Charge definition

SB Charge means the securitization charge designated and approved pursuant to the Financing Order as constituting part of the Securitization Property, as the same may be adjusted from time to time as provided in the Servicing Agreement and in accordance the Financing Order.

Examples of SB Charge in a sentence

  • If the Seller receives collections of the SB Charge with respect to the Securitization Property or the proceeds thereof, the Seller shall pay the Servicer all payments received by the Seller in respect thereof as soon as practicable after receipt thereof by the Seller, but in no event later than two Business Days after such receipt.

  • The assumptions used in calculating the initial SB Charge pursuant to the Financing Order are reasonable and made in good faith.

  • In addition, so long as any of the Securitization Bonds of any Series are outstanding, the Servicer shall provide to the Issuer and to the Trustee, within a reasonable time after written request therefor, any information available to the Servicer or reasonably obtainable by it that is necessary to calculate the SB Charge.

  • Upon a partial payment of amounts billed, including amounts billed under special contracts, such partial payments shall be allocated ratably among the SB Charge, the SB Tax Charge (as defined in the Financing Order) and the Seller's other billed amounts (including any accrued interest and late fees) based on the ratio of each component of the bill xx the total bill.

  • The Servicer shall be entitled to retain as additional compensation any interest earnings on Estimated SB Charge Payments invested by it.

  • Pursuant to Section 4.03(b) of the Agreement, on or before [ ] of each year, the Servicer shall calculate the amount of Deemed SB Charge Payments by multiplying the Billed SB Charges by the result of one hundred percent less the Actual Charge-Off Percent.

  • Such product shall constitute the amount of Estimated SB Charge Payments.

  • Prior to remittance on the applicable Remittance Date, the Servicer may invest Estimated SB Charge Payments at its own risk and for its own benefit, and such investments and funds shall not be required to be segregated from the other investments and funds of the Servicer.

  • Using the formula approved by the Commission in the Financing Order, this filing establishes the variables used in the calculation of the initial SB Charge and provides the resulting SB Charge and SB Tax Charge.

  • It is anticipated that the SB Charge and SB Tax Charge will be in effect from March 26, 2001 through February 28, 2002, at which time the charges may be modified pursuant to the true-up procedures established in the Financing Order.

Related to SB Charge

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such.   • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Administrative Charge means, with respect to any Lease, any payment (whether or not part of the fixed monthly payment) payable to the related Lessor representing a disposition fee, a late payment fee, an Extension Fee, an allocation to the related Lessee of insurance premiums, sales, personal property or excise taxes or any other similar charge.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;

  • transaction charge means any amount charged to a client by a registered firm in respect of a purchase or sale of a security and includes any federal, provincial or territorial sales taxes paid on that amount;

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.
