Subsequent Closing definition
Subsequent Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

Examples of Subsequent Closing in a sentence
At each Closing and each Subsequent Closing, the Company shall issue to each Investor a Warrant to purchase a number of shares of Common Stock equal to 100% of the Shares issued to such Investor at such Closing or Subsequent Closing.
