Sahtu Agreement definition

Sahtu Agreement means the land claims agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada and the Sahtu Dene and Métis, signed on September 6, 1993 and given effect by the Sahtu Dene and Métis Land Claim Settlement Act (Canada), as that agreement is amended from time to time in accordance with its provisions.
