RoLR List means list of RoLRs, which is maintained by NBI for the provision of RoLR services.
DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).
Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:
Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.
Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list. 9.
Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.
Recall List as used in this Agreement means the list of employees who are laid off from employment with the City or removed from their position by reason of a reduction in the size of the workforce, and who retain a right to return to their prior job classification pursuant to the terms of the Labor Agreement and/or Civil Service rules.
Class List means a complete list of all Class Members that Defendant will
Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.
Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.
List has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.6;
SDN List shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.21.
Service List means the list of persons designated by the hearing officer or Clerk in a regulatory or adjudicatory proceeding upon whom parties or participants must serve motions, prefiled questions and prefiled testimony and any other documents that the parties or participants file with the Clerk unless the hearing officer otherwise directs. After Listing means the period which commences on the Listing Date and continues until the relevant Sub-Fund is terminated.
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
Active list means a list of active electors maintained pursuant to 13-2-220.
User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.
URL means “uniform resource locator,” an internet web address.
OFAC SDN List means the list of the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons maintained by OFAC.
Watch List means that list maintained by Investments Compliance which includes names of issuers about which certain persons within MetLife may, as a result of a special relationship or otherwise, appear to or actually possess material nonpublic information, together with the names of those persons.
Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
Loan List means the Loan List provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian, as set forth in Schedule II hereto (which shall include the specific documents that should be included in each Loan File), as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.
Publication NPC-205 means Ministry Publication NPC-205, Sound Level Limits for Stationary Sources in Class 1 & 2 Areas (Urban), October, 1995; and
Update means a modification to a Component System necessary to maintain the operation of the Component System in compliance with the Documentation in effect as of the Component System’s applicable License Effective Date and includes without limitation modifications correcting any design or operational errors in the Component System and modifications enabling the Component System to be operated in any revised operating environment issued by BNYM and excludes Upgrades.
Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.
Sanctions List means the "Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons" list issued by OFAC, the Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets issued by Her Majesty's Treasury, or any similar list issued or maintained or made public by any of the Sanctions Authorities;
