Short-List definition

Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.
Short-List means the list of Proposers that have demonstrated the general capacity to perform the Design-Build Contract and have assembled the most highly qualified teams for the Project, as determined by the Department in accordance with the RFQ.
Short-List means the list of those Proposers that have submitted SOQs that the LA DOTD determines, through evaluation of the SOQs, are the most highly qualified Proposers and that will be invited to submit Proposals in response to an RFP.

Short-List means a list of Applicants deemed suitable to be invited to submit Proposals for intellectual and professional Services following the evaluation of Expressions of Interest;
