In the event that the Service Provider or any of its officers, directors, employees, partners, or members is or becomes listed on the SDN List, or in the event that U.S. sanctions prohibit AUB from transacting with the Service Provider or any of its officers, directors, employees, partners, or members, AUB shall have the right, without any liability, to immediately terminate this Agreement.
