Retention of Records. CBT shall maintain a machine readable back-up copy of the message detail provided to CLEC for a minimum of forty-five (45) calendar days. CBT shall provide any data back-up to CLEC upon the request of CLEC.
Retention of Records means a dentist shall retain a patient's dental record for a minimum of six years after the patient's last examination, prescription, or treatment.
