Retention of Records [15A NCAC 02Q .0508(f) and 02Q .0508 (l)]The Permittee shall retain records of all required monitoring data and supporting information for a period of at least five years from the date of the monitoring sample, measurement, report, or application.
Section 5.02 Retention of Records The Contractor agrees to retain all books, records, and other documents relevant to this Agreement, including those required pursuant to Section 5.01, for six years after the final payment or expiration or termination of this Agreement, or for a period otherwise prescribed by Law, whichever is later.
