Participant’s records definition
Participant’s records means the records prepared and maintained by the Contractor (in whatever form or storage media) concerning an individual Participant.
Participant’s records means the records prepared and maintained by the Contractor (in whatever form or storage media) concerning an individual Participant. "Principal Sub-Contractor" means any sub-contractor appointed by the Contractor under Clause 26 of the General Terms and Conditions which through its employees or agents directly provides Programme services to Participants.
