Retainer Contract definition

Retainer Contract means a Contract by which, pursuant to a Solicitation Document, multiple Contractors are authorized to provide specific supplies or equipment to or perform specific services for a Public Universities. Contractors on a Retainer Contract may provide goods or services on a non-exclusive and as-needed basis.
