Examples of Retained Expert in a sentence

  • If, as a result of any inspections or investigations, the County Zoning Committee determines that any Retained Expert should undertake any further inspections or investigations, the County may hire a Retained Expert, the expense of which shall be paid by the Operator pursuant to Section 1.13.

  • Independent Expert means a Person or entity with no material current or prior business or personal relationship with the Advisor or the Directors and who is engaged to a substantial extent in the business of rendering opinions regarding the value of assets of the type held by the Company.
