Mining License definition

Mining License means a document granting the right to conduct mining as set forth in this law;
Mining License means large scale, small scale or artisanal mining license issued pursuant to this Proclamation;
Mining License means a license issued to the Company by the Mining Authority which shall grant to the Company for the entire Duration of the Joint Venture to do Mining;

  • Party A shall obtain such renewals of the Business License, Exploration License and Mining License and other rights and permits referred to in article 7.2.1 as may be necessary or desirable.

More Definitions of Mining License

Mining License means a license issued by the ICMM under Part V of LMM. A Mining License for all minerals other than energy minerals can be issued with a maximum term of no more than 25 years with a possibility of extension of a maximum duration of 25 years. Mining licenses for energy minerals shall have a maximum term of no more than 30 years with a possibility of extension for an additional period of 15 years.
