Retail Management Agreement. Shared Facilities and Retail Units Management Agreement effective as of April 21, 2021, by and between Mortgage Borrower and Retail Manager, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
Retail Management Agreement has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.1;
Retail Management Agreement means that certain Commercial Space Management Agreement, dated May 23, 2007, between Seller and East West Resorts, LLC, a Delaware limited liability agreement, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Commercial Space Management Agreement, dated as of June 1, 2008, as the same may have been amended from time to time.

Related to Retail Management Agreement

  • Hotel Management Agreement means any hotel management agreement relating to the management and operation of the Real Property together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.

  • Treasury Management Agreement means any agreement governing the provision of treasury or cash management services, including deposit accounts, overdraft, credit or debit card, funds transfer, automated clearinghouse, zero balance accounts, returned check concentration, controlled disbursement, lockbox, account reconciliation and reporting and trade finance services and other cash management services.

  • Sponsor Management Agreement means the management agreement between certain of the management companies associated with the Investors and the Issuer.
