Retail Fund definition

Retail Fund means any moneymarket fund that the board of directors has not determined within the calendaryear is an Institutional Fund under paragraph (c)(5)(v) of this section.
Retail Fund means the Fidelity Retail Fund Portfolios listed on Schedule B of the Selling Dealer Agreement, but excluding assets held in those Retail Fund Portfolios listed on Exhibit 1 hereto.
