Private Funds definition

Private Funds means funds derived from an individual or entity other than a governmental source or LSC.
Private Funds means Developer's private equity and debt used to pay the costs for the design, development and construction of the Project, as described in Section 4.1.
Private Funds means the private equity and debt of Developer and others used to fund the costs of the Development, as referenced in Section 3.1 of the Agreement.

Examples of Private Funds in a sentence

  • Use of Private Funds for Match or Maintenance of Effort: Donated funds do not need to be under the administrative control of the Lead Agency to qualify as an expenditure for federal match.

  • If expenditures for PreK services are used to meet the maintenance-of-effort requirement, the state/territory must certify that it has not reduced its level of effort in full-day/full-year child care services (98.55(h)(1); 98.15(a)(6)).Use of Private Funds for Match or Maintenance of Effort: Donated funds do not need to be under the administrative control of the Lead Agency to qualify as an expenditure for federal match.

More Definitions of Private Funds

Private Funds has the meaning set forth in the Registration Statement;
Private Funds means Developer's private equity and debt to be used to pay CID/TDD Project Costs and Xxxxxxx Improvement Costs as set forth in Section 4.01 hereof.
