Restricted Driver definition

Restricted Driver means a Member with a Restricted permit or who has held a driver’s Licence for less than 12 months or a Member with an equivalent overseas drivers licence that has been reviewed by Cityhop.
Restricted Driver. Means a driver who has posted for a piece of work and is restricted from performing any other work that would interfere with the performance of the posted worked. Nothing herein prevents an employee from utilizing their seniority in accordance with Clause 5.11, except for programs as set out above.
