National Trust definition

National Trust means the National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty incorporated by the M8National Trust Act 1907,
National Trust means the registered charity of that name and whose registered charity number is 205846;
National Trust means the trust(s) which may be formed, on or prior to the Effective Date, by PREPA, the sole cost and expense of which, including, but not limited to, the formation and maintenance of the trust(s) (including trustee fees and expenses), shall be satisfied from the assets of the National Trust, and for the benefit of beneficial holders of such National Insured Bonds, the terms of which shall be set forth in the Plan Supplement.

  • Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, the Contracting Party shall not be entitled to any refund or to any rescheduled date if an Event which is to take place partially or wholly outdoors is canceled at any time by the National Trust for any weather purpose if the Contracting Party has not contracted with an approved vendor to have a tent in place to cover any relevant outdoor area being used.
