Responsible Financial Officer means, with respect to any Person, the chief financial officer or treasurer of such Person or any other officer, partner or member having substantially the same authority and responsibility.
Accounting Officer clause 65;
Responsible Officer means, when used with respect to the Trustee, any officer within the corporate trust department of the Trustee, including any vice president, assistant vice president, assistant secretary, assistant treasurer, trust officer or any other officer of the Trustee who customarily performs functions similar to those performed by the Persons who at the time shall be such officers, respectively, or to whom any corporate trust matter is referred because of such person’s knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture.
Reporting Officer With respect to the Owner Trustee, any officer, employee or other person within the Corporate Trust Office of the Owner Trustee having responsibility for the administration of the Trust Agreement.
Senior Officer means (a) the chief executive officer, (b) the president, (c) any executive vice president, (d) the chief financial officer or (e) the treasurer, in each case of Borrower.
Responsible Person means any person other than the registered owner of an immovable property who is legally responsible for the payment of municipal service charges.
Financial Officer Certification means, with respect to the financial statements for which such certification is required, the certification of the chief financial officer of Holdings that such financial statements fairly present, in all material respects, the financial condition of Holdings and its Subsidiaries as at the dates indicated and the results of their operations and their cash flows for the periods indicated, subject to changes resulting from audit and normal year-end adjustments.
Authorized Financial Officer means a chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief accounting officer, treasurer or other qualified senior officer acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Administrative Officer means anyone designated at the college as being on the administrative staff, such as the President, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, etc.
Controlling Officer means an officer entrusted by a Department of the Central Government with the responsibility of controlling the incurring of expenditure and/or the collection of revenue. The term
Guarantor’s Officers’ Certificate means, with respect to any Guarantor, a certificate signed by any two of the following: a Chairman of the Board, a Chief Executive Officer, a President, a Vice President, a Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, a Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of such Guarantor, or any other officer or officers of such Guarantor designated in a writing by or pursuant to authority of such Guarantor’s Board of Directors and delivered to the Trustee from time to time.
Financial Officer means the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Authorized Officer of a Person means any Person that is authorized to bind such Person.
Responsible individual means an individual who is employed by a licensee and has principal managerial authority over the provision of money services by the licensee in this state.
forest officer means a full-time employee of the department of natural resources who is designated a forest officer under section 1503.29 of the Revised Code and is in compliance with section 109.77 of the Revised Code.
Responsible administrative authority means, with respect to a structured settlement, any government authority vested by law with exclusive jurisdiction over the settled claim resolved by the structured settlement.
Officer’s Compliance Certificate means a certificate of the chief financial officer or the treasurer of the Borrower substantially in the form attached as Exhibit F.
Certified peace officer means a peace officer certified by the
Servicing Officer Any officer of the Servicer involved in or responsible for, the administration and servicing of the Mortgage Loans whose name appears on a list of servicing officers furnished by the Servicer to the Master Servicer upon request, as such list may from time to time be amended.
Master Servicing Officer Any officer of the Master Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the administration and master servicing of the Mortgage Loans.
Certifying Officer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(c).
Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.
Responsible adult means a parent, guardian or other adult specifically authorized by law or authorized by a parent or guardian to have custody or control of a minor.
Paying Officer means Head of finance / Manager (Finance).
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO means the person appointed to the position of chief administrative officer for the Town of Okotoks within the meaning of the Municipal Government Act;
Designated Financial Officer means, with respect to any Borrower, its chief financial officer, director of treasury services, treasurer, assistant treasurer, or any position similar to any of the foregoing.
