Officer of the Issuer mean the Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, the President, the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer, any Assistant Treasurer, any Vice President, the Secretary or any Assistant Secretary of the Guarantor and of the Issuer, respectively, any managing director or supervisory director of the Issuer, or a duly authorized Attorney-in-Fact.
