Resource Revenues definition

Resource Revenues means the sum of Mineral Revenues, Oil and Gas Revenues, and Water Revenues due to and received by the GNWT through this Agreement as a result of the Commissioner’s administration and control of Public Lands and rights in respect of Waters and the Xxxxxx Xxxxx Royalty paid to the GNWT pursuant to section 3.51 minus any Settlement and Land Claim Agreement Payments paid or payable in respect of such revenues, but does not include amounts in respect of:
Resource Revenues means all revenues and taxes to [general government] associated with the exploitation of natural resources, including petroleum revenues as defined in the PFM Act.
Resource Revenues means Forest Revenues, Mineral Revenues, Land Revenues and Water Revenues derived by the YTG through this Agreement as a result of the Commissioner’s administration and control of Public Land and rights in respect of Waters.
