Resolution Meeting definition

Resolution Meeting is defined in Clause 10.1.1.
Resolution Meeting has the meaning provided in Exhibit C.2(c).
Resolution Meeting has the meaning set forth in SCHEDULE 7.8 of this Agreement.

Examples of Resolution Meeting in a sentence

  • Should your Companion subsequently be unable to attend the rearranged Resolution Meeting, the Resolution Meeting may be held in their absence or written representations will be accepted.

  • Special Meeting shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23(c)(i) hereof.

  • Public meeting means a meeting that is required to be open to the public under Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.
