Conduct Officer definition

Conduct Officer means a designated EPCOR management employee having the duty to oversee all EPCOR Group compliance activity, also having all of the duties set out in section7.4 of the Code and the responsibility to ensure that the duties of Compliance Officer as defined by the Code are performed.
Conduct Officer means a UK Official, who has undergone specialized training, designated by the Dean of Students to determine outcomes in the student conduct process.
Conduct Officer means a University official authorized by the Office of Community Standards to determine whether a student or organizations has violated the Code of Community Standards and to impose sanctions. The Office of Community Standards may authorize a conduct officer to serve simultaneously as a conduct officer and the sole member or one of the members of a hearing body.

Conduct Officer means the University Official or Officials assigned by the Director to facilitate conduct conferences or hearings as described in this Code.
