Residual Concession Period definition

Residual Concession Period means the period which shall be the remainder of the Concession Period computed from the date of issuance of Termination Notice in terms of Article 16.1 of the Concession Agreement.
Residual Concession Period means the period which shall be the remainder of the Concession Period computed from the date of substitution of the Concessionaire by the Selectee.
Residual Concession Period means the period which shall be be aggregate remainder of the Concession Period as the Suspension Period.

  • Concession Period means the period starting on and from the Appointed Date and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Licence Period , in relation to a licence, means each calendar year during which, or during any part of which, the licence is in force;

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • ALG Residual Value means the residual of a 2012-1 Vehicle set forth as the ALG Residual Value in the lease schedule attached as Exhibit A to the 2012-1 SUBI Supplement, which shall be the lesser of (i) the ALG residual values of the 2012-1 Vehicles at the scheduled termination of the related 2012-1 Leases at the time the related 2012-1 Lease was signed and (ii) the ALG residual values of the 2012-1 Vehicles at the scheduled termination of the related 2012-1 Leases provided by ALG in February 2012.

  • Clean-Up Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(b).

  • Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.
