ALG Residual Value means the residual of a 2019-1 Vehicle set forth as the ALG Residual Value in the lease schedule attached as Exhibit A to the 2019-1 SUBI Supplement, which shall be the lesser of (i) the ALG residual values of the 2019-1 Vehicles at the scheduled termination of the related 2019-1 Leases at the time the related 2019-1 Lease was signed and (ii) the ALG residual values of the 2019-1 Vehicles at the scheduled termination of the related 2019-1 Leases provided by ALG in January 2019.

ALG Residual Value means, for a Lease, the expected value of the related Leased Vehicle at the related Scheduled Lease End Date, calculated using the residual factors supplied by Automotive Lease Guide in effect as of the date the related Lease was originated.

ALG Residual Value means, with respect to a 2025-A Lease, the expected wholesale value of a 2025-A Vehicle at its Maturity Date based on a residual value estimate provided by the ▇.▇. Power-ALG at the time such 2025-A Lease was originated.

ALG Residual Value means (a) the residual value percentage estimate published by ALG for the appropriate Closed-End Vehicle and term by (b) the lower of (i) the actual MSRP and (ii) MRM published by ALG, in each case, at the time of origination of the lease for such Closed-End Vehicle.

ALG Residual Value means, with respect to a 2018-A Lease, the expected wholesale value of a 2018-A Vehicle at its Maturity Date based on a residual value estimate provided by the Automobile Lease Guide at the time such 2018-A Lease was originated.

ALG Residual Value means the residual value of the vehicle set forth as the ALG Residual Value in the Lease schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto.

ALG Residual Value means, with respect to a Leased Vehicle subject to a Closed-End Lease, an amount equal to the residual percentage of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price of such Leased Vehicle specified in the ALG Residual Percentage Guide published by Automotive Lease Guide for the make and model of such Leased Vehicle and the lease term of such Closed-End Lease.

ALG Residual Value means, with respect to a 201[__]-[__] Lease, the expected wholesale value of a 201[__]-[__] Vehicle at its Maturity Date based on a residual value estimate provided by the Automobile Lease Guide at the time such 201[__]-[__] Lease was originated.
