Examples of Residual Certificates Conditions in a sentence
The Residual Certificates rank pro rata and pari passu without preference or priority among themselves in relation to Residual Payments at all times, and are subordinate to all rights of payment in respect of the Notes, as provided in the terms and conditions of the Residual Certificates (the "Residual Certificates Conditions") and the Transaction Documents.
There is no guarantee that any changes made to the Transaction Documents, the Conditions and/or the Residual Certificates Conditions pursuant to the obligations imposed on the Note Trustee and the Security Trustee, as described above, would not be prejudicial to the Noteholders or Certificateholders.

The Registrar shall authenticate and deliver, or cause its designated agent to authenticate and deliver, any Definitive Note and/or Definitive Residual Certificate issued upon a transfer in accordance with this Agreement, the Conditions and the Residual Certificates Conditions.
