Class R-III Certificate definition

Class R-III Certificate. Any one of the Class R-III Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class R-III Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class R-III" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-6 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of the sole class of "residual interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class R-III Certificate. Any Certificate executed and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent on behalf of the Depositor in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-20 hereto. The Class R-III Certificates have no Pass-Through Rate or Certificate Balance.

• On the Startup Day, the REMIC III Regular Certificates will be designated "regular interests" in such REMIC and the Class R-III Certificate will be designated the "residual interest" in such REMIC.

Class R-III Certificate means any Certificate denominated as a Class R-III Certificate, which Certificate shall be in the form of Exhibit B-10 hereto.
