Reserve Account Funding Requirement definition

Reserve Account Funding Requirement means, on any day, the sum of (a) the product of (i) 100 basis points and (ii) the Total Utilization of Class A Revolving Commitments as of such day, and (b) the product of (i) 100 basis points and (ii) the Total Utilization of Class B Revolving Commitments as of such day.
