Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount definition

Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) any shortfall in the amount of Available Funds available to pay the amounts specified in clauses (i) through (xvii) of Section 5.7(a) (taking into account application of Available Funds to the priority of payments specified in Section 5.7(a) and ignoring any provision hereof which otherwise limits the amounts described in such clauses to the amount of funds available) and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date prior to application of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 5.8.

Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, the lesser of (x) the Available Amounts Shortfall with respect to such Payment Date and (y) and the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Payment Date.

Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, the lesser of (i) the excess of (a) the amounts due under Section 5.06(b)(i) through (iv) over (b) Available Amounts for such Payment Date and (ii) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Payment Date.

More Definitions of Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount

Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date (i) on which an Available Funds Shortfall exists, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Reserve Account Amount and (b) the Available Funds Shortfall, (ii) following the Revolving Period Termination Date, amounts to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account under Section 2.11(c) on such Payment Date, (iii) following the occurrence of an Event of Default that has not been waived by the Administrative Agent (acting at the direction of the Required Lenders), the Reserve Account Amount, and (iv) on any other Payment Date, zero.

Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, the lesser of (a) the amount then on deposit in the Reserve Account (prior to giving effect to any withdrawals therefrom relating to any Reserve Account Excess Amount for such Payment Date) and (b) the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate amount required to be paid pursuant to Sections 5.06(b)(i) through (vii) on such Payment Date over (ii) the Available Collections for such Payment Date; provided that, with respect to the Payment Date occurring on the Reserve Account Pay-Down Date, the Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount shall equal the amount necessary to reduce the Outstanding Amount of the Notes to zero.

Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the excess of (i) the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (v) of Section 5.4 (a) over (ii) the Available Funds for such Distribution Date and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date before taking into account any withdrawal therefrom on such Distribution Date.

Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Allocation Date, the lesser of (x) any shortfall in the amount of Retained Collections available to pay the amounts pursuant to priorities (i) through (ix) of the Priority of Payments (taking into account application of Retained Collections pursuant to the Priority of Payments and ignoring any provision which otherwise limits the amounts described in such priorities to the amount of funds available) and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Monthly Allocation Date prior to application of amounts on deposit therein.

Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.04(b).
