Sinking Fund definition

Sinking Fund means each Sinking Fund Subaccount under the Indenture. To the extent necessary for compliance with the Authority’s tax covenants and other provisions of the Indenture and the Act, the Authorized Officers of the Authority may subdivide each such subaccount in respect of separate categories or issues of Sinking Fund Bonds.
Sinking Fund means a fund for the payment of principal only of a mandatory redemption security.
Sinking Fund means the fund comprising of the amounts to be paid/deposited and/or contributed by each Unit, including the Purchaser/s herein, towards sinking fund which shall be held by the Maintenance Agency on account of maintenance expenses.

Examples of Sinking Fund in a sentence

  • The Sinking Fund shall be exclusively used for mid term replacement and upgradation of machines, assets, equipments and fixtures installed as part of Station Development Project Utilities including but not limited to lifts, elevators, escalators, power-back / DG up sets, HVAC, electric sub-stations, pumps, fire fighting, plumbing, fittings and water supply systems, internal and external electrical fittings and controls, any other plant/equipment of capital nature etc.

  • As mentioned in Clause 1.2.2 of this Agreement, the Allottee has agreed to pay the following amount to the Promoter (Extras & Deposits): Extras and Deposits : Advance Maintenance Charges- This amount is payable against 12 months advance maintenance charges for the said Apartment Rs /- Sinking Fund- This amount is payable as funds for future repairs replacement, improvements and developments in the said Project.

  • All these charges will be provided from Sinking Fund if not provided by the Promoter as part of the Facilities separately and specifically Further, the charges for enjoying club facilities and receipts from visitor’s parking will be collected and thereafter credited to the Maintenance Account to further reduce the incidence of cost and make it self-sustainable.

  • Further expenditure of a capital nature like Solar panel etc to be expended out of Sinking Fund will also bring about a reduction in the Maintenance Charges.

  • The Total Price includes an amount of Rs. /- for creation of Maintenance Corpus/ Sinking Fund towards creation of a maintenance corpus / sinking fund for major repairs, renovation and/or reconstruction of the Common Areas and Facilities of the Luxury Zone and Luxury portion of the Future Development and/or for similar other eventualities.
