Requirement of definition

Requirement of. Law shall mean, with respect to any Person, such Person's articles or certificate of incorporation, by-laws or other governing or constitutive documents, if any, and any provision of law, statute, treaty, rule, regulation, ordinance or pronouncement having the effect of law, or any Order, to which, in each case, such Person or any of such Person's properties, operations, business or assets is bound or subject.
Requirement of. Law shall mean, as to any Person, the Governing Documents of such Person, and any law, treaty, rule or regulation or determination of an arbitrator or a court or other Governmental Authority, in each case applicable to or binding upon such Person or any of its property or to which such Person or any of its property is subject. Restructuring Reserve shall mean the reserve established with respect to the December 30, 1995, Financial Statements to cover costs associated with the closing of certain of the Borrower's building centers and the related reduction of administrative staff at the Borrower's corporate headquarters.
Requirement of. LAW shall mean, as to any Person, the Governing Documents of such Person, and any law, treaty, rule or regulation or determination of an arbitrator or a court or other Governmental Authority, in each case applicable to or binding upon such Person or any of its property or to which such Person or any of its property is subject. REVOLVING CREDIT COMMITMENT shall mean, for each Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Lender's name in Schedule I hereto directly below the column entitled "Revolving Credit Commitment", as same may be (x) increased (or, in the case of a new Lender, established) as a result of such Lender providing Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment(s) after the Effective Date and/or (y) reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Credit Agreement.

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Statement of Requirements means a statement issued by the Authority or any Other Contracting Body detailing its Services Requirement issued in accordance with the Ordering Procedure;

  • Environmental and Safety Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, ordinances and similar provisions having the force or effect of law, all judicial and administrative orders and determinations, all contractual obligations and all common law concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety and pollution or protection of the environment, including all such standards of conduct and bases of obligations relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transport, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, release, threatened release, control, or cleanup of any hazardous materials, substances or wastes, chemical substances or mixtures, pesticides, pollutants, contaminants, toxic chemicals, petroleum products or by-products, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (or PCBs), noise or radiation.

  • Capital Requirements Directive means Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on access to the activity of credit institutions and the prudential supervision of credit institutions and investment firms, as amended or replaced from time to time.
