Privacy Requirements definition
Privacy Requirements means all applicable Privacy Laws and all of the Company’s policies, notices, and contractual obligations relating to the receipt, collection, compilation, use, storage, processing, sharing, safeguarding, security (technical, physical and administrative), disposal, destruction, disclosure, or transfer (including cross-border) of Personal Information.
Privacy Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.
Privacy Requirements means (a) Title V of the GLB Act, (b) any applicable federal regulations implementing such act codified at 12 CFR Parts 40, 216, 332 and 573, (c) any of the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards For Safeguarding Customer Information codified at 12 CFR Parts 30, 168, 170, 208, 211, 225, 263, 308 and 364 that are applicable and (d) any other applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and orders relating to the privacy and security of Seller’s Customer Information, as such statutes and such regulations, guidelines, laws, rules and orders (the “Safeguards Rules”) may be amended from time to time.

None of Seller or its Affiliates (including the Transferred Entities) or, to the Knowledge of Seller, any third party acting on its or their behalf, has received any written notice of, or been subject to, any claims, charges, investigations or regulatory inquiries related to the Processing of Personal Data in connection with the Business or related to or alleging the violation of any Privacy Requirements in connection with the Business.
No transfer of Personal Data by Seller or its Affiliates (in each case, in connection with the Business) or any of the Transferred Entities in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement will violate any Privacy Requirements in any material respect.

Privacy Requirements means (i) Title V of the G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, 15 U.S.C. 6801 et seq.; (ii) federal regulations implementing such act; and (iii) other applicable law, rules, regulations, orders and guidance relating to the use, privacy and security of any Personal Information.
Privacy Requirements means all (i) Data Privacy Laws, (ii) written internal and external privacy policies, programs and procedures, (iii) binding contractual obligations to which any Acquired Corporation is a party, and (iv) binding applicable industry or nongovernmental regulatory body rules, regulations and standards, in each case of the foregoing (i)-(iv), to the extent relating to (x) data privacy, cybersecurity or the privacy of individuals or (y) the Processing of any Personal Information or other sensitive, regulated or confidential data by or on behalf of any Person.

Appendix B to Part 30, and (e) any other applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and orders relating to the privacy and security of Seller’s Customer Information, as such statutes, regulations, guidelines, laws, rules and orders may be amended from time to time.
Privacy Requirements means Privacy Laws, Privacy and Information Security Policies, and Privacy Agreements.
