Privacy Requirements definition
Privacy Requirements means all applicable Privacy Laws and all of the Company’s policies, notices, and contractual obligations relating to the receipt, collection, compilation, use, storage, processing, sharing, safeguarding, security (technical, physical and administrative), disposal, destruction, disclosure, or transfer (including cross-border) of Personal Information.
Privacy Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.
Privacy Requirements means (a) Title V of the GLB Act, (b) any applicable federal regulations implementing such act codified at 12 CFR Parts 40, 216, 332 and 573, (c) any of the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards For Safeguarding Customer Information codified at 12 CFR Parts 30, 168, 170, 208, 211, 225, 263, 308 and 364 that are applicable and (d) any other applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and orders relating to the privacy and security of Seller’s Customer Information, as such statutes and such regulations, guidelines, laws, rules and orders (the “Safeguards Rules”) may be amended from time to time.

To the extent that Service Provider or Service Recipient or their respective Affiliates process Personal Information on behalf of the other Party in performance or receipt of the Services, Service Provider and Service Recipient and their respective Affiliates agree to process Information, including Personal Information, in compliance with applicable Privacy Requirements and the Data Processing Addendum.
A Party that experiences any actual or reasonably suspected unauthorized access to or acquisition, disclosure, destruction, loss, alteration or use of Personal Information transmitted, stored or otherwise processed by such Party (a “Data Breach”) pursuant to this Agreement shall notify the other Party in accordance with Privacy Requirements and the Data and Content Security Addendum, Data Processing Addendum and Digital Tech Addendum.

Privacy Requirements means Privacy Laws, Privacy and Information Security Policies, and Privacy Agreements.
Privacy Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5 of this Agreement. “Proprietary Information” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1 of this Agreement.
