Required Release Price definition

Required Release Price means the amount that must be paid to the Lender upon Sale or Liquidation of an Investment Position in order to obtain the release and discharge the Lender's security interest therein, calculated in accordance with the paragraphs captioned "Payments" and "Cash Collateral Account" Section 3.1 of this Agreement, below.
Required Release Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.41(f)(vii) hereof.

  • The terms of the Mortgage or other Underlying Loan Documents do not provide for release of any material portion of the Mortgaged Property from the lien of the Mortgage except (i) a partial release, accompanied by principal repayment in the amount of the Required Release Price (as defined in the Underlying Loan Agreement), (ii) upon payment in full of the Underlying Loan, or (iii) as required pursuant to an order of condemnation.

More Definitions of Required Release Price

Required Release Price means, with respect to any Residential Unit (and related Storage Space, if applicable), an amount equal to the greater of: (A) (a) the Minimum Release Price for such Residential Unit and Storage Space, minus (b) the Credit Allowance, if any, as of the closing date for the sale of such Residential Unit and Storage Space, and (B) one hundred percent (100%) of the Net Sale Proceeds obtained from the sale of such Residential Unit and Storage Space.
Required Release Price. As defined in the Underlying Loan Agreement.
Required Release Price shall have the meaning of the term “Required Release Price” as such term is defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Escrow Release Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • Qualified escrow fund means an escrow arrangement with a federally or state-chartered financial institution having no affiliation with any tobacco product manufacturer and having assets of at least one billion dollars where such arrangement requires that such financial institution hold the escrowed funds’ principal for the benefit of releasing parties and prohibits the tobacco product manufacturer placing the funds into escrow from using, accessing, or directing the use of the funds’ principal except as consistent with section 453C.2, subsection 2, paragraph “b”.

  • Escrow Release Conditions means, collectively, the conditions set forth in Section 4.3.

  • New Release means a partial or complete replacement of the executable code of the Software in machine-readable form, which may provide new features or functions. A New Release may incorporate some or no enhancements. A New Release involves only such alterations that change the release number to the immediate right of the decimal point. Changes to the release number are made solely at the discretion of the Licensor.

  • Seller Remittance Amount With respect to each Servicer, the meaning assigned to such term in the related Servicing Agreement.

  • Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
