Required Number of Jobs definition

Required Number of Jobs means 262 Jobs on September 30, 2019 and September 30, 2020; and 322 Jobs on September 30, 2021, and each Test Date thereafter.
Required Number of Jobs means 100 Jobs.
Required Number of Jobs means 175 Jobs, including 130 existing Jobs and 45 new Jobs that the Company commits to providing at the Project Site as part of this Agreement. The Company commits to creating at least 45 new Jobs at the Project by September 30, 2019 and maintaining a total of 175 Jobs at the Project thereafter for the term of this Agreement.

  • The Company further covenants that the Required Number of Jobs shall have not less than the Average Wage for so long as this Agreement is in effect.

More Definitions of Required Number of Jobs

Required Number of Jobs means 114 pre-existing Jobs and 40 newly-created Jobs, for a total of 154 Jobs.
Required Number of Jobs means, for any calendar year during the Agreement Term, the minimum number of Existing Full-time Jobs and New Full-time Jobs the Company is required to either create or maintain during that calendar year as stated in Section 5.1.2(a).

  • authorized control level RBC means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instructions;

  • Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. The first six (6) digits of the LRN will be one of the assigned NPA NXX of the switching element. The purpose and functionality of the last four (4) digits of the LRN have not yet been defined but are passed across the network to the terminating switch.

  • Specified Number means the number of Public Sources specified in the applicable Terms or, if a number is not so specified, two.

  • Permitted Number means one (1) unless otherwise indicated under a valid license (e.g. volume license) granted by Investintech or agreed to in writing by Investintech.

  • Applicable Conversion Rate means the Conversion Rate in effect at any given time.

  • Location Routing Number or "LRN" means a unique ten- (10)-digit number assigned to a Central Office Switch in a defined geographic area for call routing purposes. This ten- (10)-digit number serves as a network address and the routing information is stored in a database. Switches routing calls to subscribers whose telephone numbers are in portable NXXs perform a database query to obtain the Location Routing Number that corresponds with the Switch serving the dialed telephone number. Based on the Location Routing Number, the querying Carrier then routes the call to the Switch serving the ported number. The term "LRN" may also be used to refer to a method of LNP. "Long Distance Service" (see "Interexchange Service").

  • Applicable ABR Margin means, at any date:

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.

  • Pricing Level V any time when (i) the senior unsecured long term debt rating of the Borrower by (x) S&P is BBB‑ or higher or (y) Xxxxx’x is Baa3 or higher and (ii) none of Pricing Level I, Pricing Level II, Pricing Level III or Pricing Level IV applies.

  • Number of Notes means, as at the Issue Date, 10 and, following any purchase and cancellation of any Notes by the Issuer pursuant to Condition 7.4 (Purchases), such lesser number of Notes outstanding.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • Established catalog price means the price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that:

  • Applicable L/C Margin means the per annum fee, from time to time in effect, payable with respect to outstanding Letter of Credit Obligations as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Lowest achievable emission rate or “LAER” means, for any source, the more stringent rate of emissions based on the following:

  • Fixed Conversion Rates means the Maximum Conversion Rate and the Minimum Conversion Rate.

  • Base Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month which is 12 calendar months prior to the month for which the Substitute Index Level is being determined;

  • Initial Covered Debt means the Corporation’s 6.25% Notes due 2036, CUSIP No. 000000XX0.

  • Effective Leverage Ratio has the meaning set forth in the Statement.
