Number of Notes definition

Number of Notes means, as at the Issue Date, 10 and, following any purchase and cancellation of any Notes by the Issuer pursuant to Condition 7.4 (Purchases), such lesser number of Notes outstanding.
Number of Notes means on any day the number of Notes in issue on such day, including Notes of any Series forming a single series with the Notes.
Number of Notes means the initial aggregate principal amount of Notes, plus the initial aggregate principal amount of any Notes issued pursuant to Condition 15 (Further Issues), divided by the Specified Denomination, and subject to adjustment in accordance with the Conditions.

  • The Notes will be issued in bearer form in an aggregate number of up to 2,500,000 Notes (" Aggregate Number of Notes") at an issue price of USD 100.00 per Note (each a "Note", and together the "Notes").

Number of Notes or "NN" means, in respect of any relevant day, an amount equal to the quotient of (i) the Aggregate Nominal Amount in respect of the Series on such day, divided by (ii) the Specified Denomination, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
