Authorized Control Level RBC definition

Authorized Control Level RBC means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instructions;
Authorized Control Level RBC. ’ means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instruc- tions; and
Authorized Control Level RBC means the amount of an insurer's authorized control level RBC calculated under the RBC formula in accordance with the RBC instructions.
