Required Incremental Lenders definition

Required Incremental Lenders means, at any time, with respect to Incremental Lenders of any Series, Incremental Lenders of such Series having Incremental Loan Exposures and unused Incremental Loan Commitments of such Series representing more than 50% of the total Incremental Loan Exposures of such Series and unused Incremental Loan Commitments of such Series at such time.
Required Incremental Lenders means, as of any date of determination, with respect to any Incremental Facility, Lenders holding more than 50% of such Incremental Facility on such date, provided that the portion of such Incremental Facility held by any Defaulting Lender shall be excluded for purposes of making a determination of Required Incremental Lenders.
Required Incremental Lenders at any time for any series of Incremental Term Loans, Lenders holding more than 50% of the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such series of Incremental Term Loans then outstanding.
