Examples of Incremental Commitments in a sentence
Lenders may elect or decline, in their sole discretion, to participate in the provision of any such Incremental Commitments.
Only the consent of each applicable Lender shall be required for it to provide Incremental Commitments and Incremental Loans pursuant to this Section 2.18.
The Borrower may accept some or all of the offered amounts or, subject to the right of first refusal set forth above, designate new lenders (provided, in any event, such new lender is an Eligible Assignee), as Additional Lenders hereunder in accordance with this Section 2.18, which Additional Lenders may provide all or a portion of such Incremental Commitments and/or Incremental Loans.
No Lender shall have any obligation, express or implied, to provide Incremental Commitments, and any decision by a Lender to provide Incremental Commitments shall be made in its sole discretion independently from any other Lender.
