Incremental Commitments definition

Incremental Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

Incremental Commitments means Incremental Revolving Commitments and/or the Incremental Term Commitments.

Incremental Commitments has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04.

Examples of Incremental Commitments in a sentence

• Each such notice shall specify the date (each, an “Increased Amount Date”) on which the Borrower proposes that such Incremental Commitments shall be effective, which shall be a date not less than five (5) Business Days after the date on which such notice is delivered to the Administrative Agent.

• The fees payable by Borrower upon any such Incremental Commitments shall be agreed upon by the Administrative Agent and Borrower at the time of such increase.

• The Incremental Commitments shall be affected pursuant to one or more Additional Credit Extension Amendments executed and delivered by the Borrower, the New Revolving Loan Lenders and/or the New Term Loan Lenders, as applicable and the Administrative Agent, and each of which shall be recorded in the Register.
