Affiliated Lender definition
Affiliated Lender means, at any time, any Lender that is the Sponsor or an Affiliate of the Sponsor (other than Holdings, the Borrower or any of their respective Subsidiaries) at such time.
Affiliated Lender means any Non-Debt Fund Affiliate, Holdings, the Borrower and/or any subsidiary of the Borrower.
Affiliated Lender means a Lender that is the Sponsor or any Affiliate thereof (other than the Borrower, any other Subsidiary of the Borrower, or any Affiliated Institutional Lender).
