Affiliated Lender definition
Affiliated Lender means, at any time, any Lender that is the Sponsor or an Affiliate of the Sponsor (other than Holdings, the Borrower or any of their respective Subsidiaries) at such time.
Affiliated Lender means any Non-Debt Fund Affiliate, Holdings, the Borrower and/or any subsidiary of the Borrower.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, any Affiliated Lender that has purchased Term Advances pursuant to this subsection (i) may, in its sole discretion, contribute, directly or indirectly, the principal amount of such Term Advances or any portion thereof, plus all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, to the Borrower for the purpose of cancelling and extinguishing such Term Advances.
